Next Level SLU, Limited Company with EUR 3,000 in capital, registered in the Commercial Registry of Andorra with number 21929, with registered office at Carrer Pau Casals, nº8, Edifici Cornella II, planta 3, AD500 Andorra La Vella (Andorra), represented by Ada Jenny AMENGUAL, Director (“Next Level “) has developed and commercializes the (Opti)pix solution (the “Solution”) for optimization in the processes of electronic generation and publication of graphic content that can include brands, labels, documents, images, data and all kinds of information, protected or not by an intellectual or industrial property right (the “Contents”).

This document and its corresponding appendices regulate the use of the Solution and the services linked to it by “xxx” with tax identification number xxx and with address at cxxx, represented by xxx (the “Client”). Next Level and the Client will be referred to jointly as the "Parties," and any of them, individually, will be referred to as a "Party" in this document.
