Personal Data is processed based on the execution of the Contract and is necessary to allow NEXT LEVEL SLU to fulfil its legal and contractual obligations.
The use of Personal Data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and execution of the Contract. When the Client consents to receive Ancillary Services as defined below, Personal Data will also be processed based on the consent of the Client.
The Client agrees that NEXT LEVEL SLU performs additional processing of their Personal Data for the purpose of benefiting from promotional offers, goods, and services under favourable conditions and invitations to corporate events from NEXT LEVEL SLU.
The Client agrees to be contacted by any means of communication whose details they have previously communicated to NEXT LEVEL SLU (email, social networks, postal mail, telephone, or any other new means of communication).
The Client has the right to withdraw their consent regarding the processing of their Personal Data related to Ancillary Services at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal or on the execution of the Contract.

In the context of the execution of the Contract, NEXT LEVEL SLU will share, if necessary, Personal Data with its technical partners such as the network operator and the metering service provider and any other subcontractor and/or state authorities when necessary.
For Ancillary Services, NEXT LEVEL SLU will share, if necessary, Personal Data with its subcontractors and partners in connection with the goods and services offered by NEXT LEVEL SLU when necessary for the provision of Ancillary Services. The Client has the right to request NEXT LEVEL SLU access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of processing. The client also has the right to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. These rights can only be exercised within the limits of any contractual or legal obligation.
